As a certified Integral Coach, I guide you through the different spheres of your life. People usually get caught up in day-to-day to-dos. We’re often consumed by what’s in front of us and miss how what we do contributes to the challenges we face. My role is to help you unlock these blind mechanisms to help loosen the control they have over you.

About Anne

Anne is a qualified certified Integral Coach from the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business in association with the New Ventures West, San Francisco, USA.

She’s is an Organizational Development professional and is registered with the South African Board for People Practices. Anne has over a decade of international work experience. She’s worked with large, medium, and small enterprises in various industries in Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Tanzania, and South Africa.

In the UAE, she was the HR manager at a management consulting company. In Germany, she supported a manufacturing company on various strategic initiatives such as Health Management Systems and Talent Management processes. In the Non-Profit sector, Anne has managed a skills development CSR project for a multinational company where she developed and implemented HR initiatives for SMEs. Anne lives in Johannesburg, South Africa.
